Well this has been one of the worst weeks we've had since the merge and it has really gotten me thinking about what our next step needs to be and what we need to fix internally. This post is going to be brutally honest so prepare yourself for this and I hope you guys take everything the right way.

There is a major problem with the relationships of the players and the dedication to the team. I rarely see anyone practicing and it's really annoying when i have people come ask me to find someone to practice with. You know everyone on the team, look at the player contact card if u dont know someone's msn. I'm not your bitch, I'm your manager and I dont need to find someone for you to play unless you've asked everyone on the roster thats online. How does anyone expect to get better by not practicing, I dont know your logic behind that.

I also feel a lot of people on this team are just simply over-confident. I think there is only 2-3 people on this roster that will do well in WHL. This is one of the top leagues around the globe and there is nobody on this team that will AK every single team in WHL. A lot of people think they're a lot better than they actually are so we all need a reality check so we can see that you arent anything special and that you cannot take any opponent lightly.

The entire point behind this rage post is to let it sink into everyones heads, we arent perfect and there are MANY improvements to be made. With that being said there will be a lot of people joining the team(hopefully) and a few people being removed. You may say it's a merc clan for awhile and it will seem that way. But bottom line, there are changes that need to be made and I'm not going to let my team fail. If you have issues with this then there are plenty of teams out there you dont need to stay. We will be eaten alive in WHL and WCO if things dont get fixed soon. So that's whats going to be happening this week and I expect everyone to shape up and start practicing.
