Most people usually want the bad news first so I'll deliver it to you. The team, in my opinion, is performing well as a new team and is creating good results beating teams like vT and BAD. However internally it's almost disasterous. I dont know if it's because I'm managing alone or maybe because I'm managing AND running a league one-handedly at the same time, but things are going to need to change around here. I'll start off the bad news(we have somewhat a lot of it) by letting you know that I will be cutting a lot of people this week. Some people who had inproper tryouts slipped through into making the team and have been showing poor performances lately. I dont know as of the moment how many people I will cut but there will be a few for sure. I also should let you know that I wont be making the cuts for another week, which leads me onto my next piece of information.
I'm sick of chasing everyone around asking for schedules and asking if they're free to play at this or that clan war. Everyone seems to be making my job much harder than it needs to be. I first of all think that the team website isn't being used enough. I constantly find myself asking people 'can you go to this war' and getting the response "when is it?". We have a team website for a reason and I dont appreciate everyone putting more work on me. So this week will be a tester to see whos dedicated and who is interested in being an active and helpful team member, instead of making me do everything for them when I have enough things on my plate. These things will help determine who I'm cutting. I think that pretty much sums it up for the bad news. I hate the fact that I had to make this entire two-paragraph post but the post I made last week clearly didnt sink into anyones heads. Now for the good news.
We have recruited three strong soloists this week. They all have prior league experience and will make a great asset to our squad. They are the following:

It's particularly good that we have recruited two elves because that is what we were lacking in our roster so it's good that we have recruited those two. We also might have another person joining the team but he has yet to do a tryout. From what Gecko has told me he is very good and should make a good asset to the team.
On top of all that, IWL the league I started, is finally finished with qualifiers and is getting into the regular season. So that is one more league we're in and one more league we need to schedule with xD. I'm sure all of you are wondering about what had happened with EPGL. That match with SYS is being rescheduled to Thursday at 2pm EST.

I had been approached by a long-time manager and league admin Sfield. He said he was opening a new company but couldnt tell me the name of it. He wanted to sponsor us and maybe send us clothing and money. At first it all seemed nice but then I remembered how naive and stupid I am. Long story short, I felt this was a scam and he was just using me to create a good bnet clan so i pulled out of the deal. So anyway, our name is back to aG but we have no bnet clan atm. I am working on making a clan I'm going to do it when I have a lot of friends on since clans never work when u create them alone. The name will once again be aGz and I hope everyone can get past this.
Now to the good news. We have a lot of leagues starting this week and it is getting a bit hard to manage it all so bear with me  . But first I should let everyone know about five new players that will be joining the team. I have done my best to scout out potential league players to fix our broken team so I think I've done a good job. The players are the following:

| This Weekends Matches | | Thu Jun 11, 2009 7:44 am by Honey | Hey guys I want to let everyone know we have been accepted for replacement teams in TWO leagues, WGS(which is in its qualifiers) and PTGL(in the real league) so we will have two matches this weekend and I am looking for players available to play for them.
The WGS match we will play on Saturday at 2:00pm EST or 8:00 CET. This is vs aAa which is a good european team with a good name so that should be a hard war for us. This is the NGL format so I will need four people for this war so make sure you alert me if you can come.

| EPGl Re-Opening and Update | | Tue Jun 09, 2009 12:41 am by Honey | Hey guys I come to everyone with great news today. EPGL the league that had just closed is being opened again by Rift who was an admin there. The qualifiers are being restarted from scratch as a 32 man qualifier and Rift said that we would get a good seed for this so everyone train up the league is scheduled to open June 17th.
Also Re has disbanded their league team sicne their best player left. So PTGL has an open spot in their league and I'm working my hardest to get us into it. This league is the new WC3L style that I hate but we should take any leagues we can get into right now. I will keep you posted on that but I have yet to get into contact with the head admin.
Also ICE/ICL will be opening soon. Around June 15th and we have been selected to be in that league so that's two more leagues we are going to be in. ICE is one league[NGL Format] and ICL is another league[Old WC3L Format] but the leagues are on the same website. This is an all american league so it should be easy scheduling.
I also will be opening up a new league called the Internation Warcraft League[IWL] with some very good teams like myR, KoD, NgP and of course, aG! We will be playing in this league and it should be a very very hard league for us but I'm confident that we will do well. The league should start in maybe one month because we have qualifiers we need to get through. Also, if you would want to help admin for the league that would be greatly appreciated so just let me know via MSN or BNet.
Finally I've decided to end this post in a pissed off note. There are STILL some of you who havent registered for the team on WGS. This makes me very angry because all the work I put into the team seems unapprecaited by these people who havent registered. This will only take three minutes of your time I would appreciate it if you would register. If you do not register for the team in that website you WILL NOT be able to play the league. So again, I ask that you resort to the post below this and follow the directions in joining the team.

I have spoken with Dronzer and he has agreed to let us have the #1 replacement spot in WGS for the qualifiers. This means we will take any teams spot who either drops out, fails to confirm their spot in the qualifier, or breaks up. That's not the true point of the post. The true point is that everyone makes an account at WGS and signs up for the team. This isnt too complex so here are the steps you take:
1. Go to www.WGSeries.com
2. Create and account EX: aG.Honey
3. Look at the left side of your screen and look for team options or join a team(either idk).
4. Enter our team information to join the team. For information see below:

I'm basically here to report that nothing new this week is really happening other than the fact that we're playing Exodus Gaming in EPGL and I'm aiming to schedule from 10-12am EST Saturday. In other news, I usually dont like to do this because if we dont get in it sort of lowers the team spirits, but I have sent in applications for 3 new leagues, WGS, WCO, and ICE/ICL. I feel we're good enough to play in all of these leagues but being a new team it might be hard to get into leagues such as these that have been around for many seasons and that well known teams will apply for. I have talked to Worpex about getting into WCO and he thinks we will get in but it is still very early. ICE/ICL is an all american league which I'm almost sure we will get into the qualifiers for that. WGS is the league I dont think we will get in to. I work there and I know that it is probably one of the best amateur leagues in the country so it will be very hard to get in since teams from around the world will be applying. However I will let everyone know about the upcoming events soon and make sure oy let me know if you can make Saturday from 10-12am. Thanks guys!
